  • (1 and 1/2 cups chopped) Cucumber= 3 and 1/2 ounces juice
  • (2 cups chopped) Red Cabbage= 3 and 1/2 ounces juice
  • (2 and 1/2 cups chopped) Carrots= 5 ounces juice
  • (1 and 1/2 cups chopped) Apples = 4 and 1/2 ounces

Yields about 22 ounces juice.

Recipe 2 : Spicy Collard Celery

Simple recipe.

  • 4 Small stalks Celery
  • 7 Smaller Collard Green leaves
  • 1/2 Head Red Cabbage
  • 4 Small-medium carrots
  • 1 Apple 1 Knuckle Ginger
  • 1 Small handful of Fennel Leaves and stalk

If you want something more precise.

  • (3 cups chopped)Red Cabbage= A tad over 4 ounces juice

  • (1 and 1/2 cups)= 3 ounces juice
  • (2 and 1/2 cups chopped) Apple= 7 ounces juice
  • (I like Fuji in this, but any apple will work)
  • (1 or 1 and 1/2 inch) Ginger= under an ounce of juice
  • (1/2 cup chopped) Fennel= roughly 1 ounce juice

Yields about 23 and 1/2- 24 ounces of juice.

  • 5 Carrots
  • 1/2 Bunch Arugula
  • 2 Small Apples

  • (3 cups chopped) Collard Greens= 5 and 1/2 ounces juice
  • (2 cups chopped) Carrots= 5 ounces juice
  • (1 and 1/2 cups chopped) Arugula = 2 and 1/2 ounces juice
  • (3 and 1/2 cups chopped) Apple= 10 ounces juice

Yields about 23 ounces of juice.

This collard green juice recipe makes a juice that has a light spice to it and tastes really good as a whole. Arugula is an intense leafy veggie and has a stronger spicy taste.
