I created this blog because I am passionate about health, nutrition and green living and I want to share my experience with the rest of the world.
You only have one life and one body so it’s important to look after yourself and be able to live life to the fullest and to feel great, energetic and confident about yourself.
Around 10 years ago I was overweight, had no energy, my diet was made up of easy and quick meals, and my health overall was pretty bad. That all changed when I met with a nutritionist.
She made me realise that while we can’t fully control our health, there are so many things we can do to feel good everyday, to be energetic, and to be happy with who we are.
I changed my diet bit by bit to a point where I simply didn’t want to eat junk food anymore. I came to realise that maintaining a healthy diet is actually quite easy.
Within 6 months I lost 20 pounds, I had a good sleeping pattern, I felt confident again, and I was able to get so much more out of life.
I hope this website will give you ideas and inspiration to improve your lifestyle and your diet habits. It has worked for me and it can work for you too!
