Modern society makes getting healthy harder than ever. How to get a healthy body with minimal effort? I really love this question because my goal is also to be fit and healthy as long as I can.
Looking for the path toward a healthier you? It’s not hard to find. Health tips for men begins with some simple tweaks to your lifestyle. The right diet, exercise, and stress-relief plan all play a big role.
First let me differentiate fitness and body building, we can be fit even without going to gym but body building can be done only with the help of gym. Fitness doesn’t require bulk muscles but body building is all about muscles and so on like this.
Diet is very important in being fit and healthy. Never eat too much or too low. Always prefer home made food, either veg or non veg home-made is best. Reduce oil quantity in food and avoid junk food and soft drinks. This is enough when it comes to diet.
Oh yeah, I forget to tell we can cheat our meal once in a while 😛
Now we are about the physical activity to be fit and strong. If you you are a gym guy who likes to go gym regularly then this is far enough to be fit and strong. It is not essential to lift heavy weights or to take supplement but have your routine workouts that make you strong and improves your muscles.
Alright, you have a busy schedule and couldn’t find time to go gym then a morning jogging followed by few little stretching works well. Because jogging improves your cardiovascular system, makes your heart healthy. It maintains body pressure hence the risks of getting low or high bp is very less.
Well, you don’t like to jog? You know swimming?? Fine then atleast once ot twice in a week do swim. It keep your heart rate in its safe zone and give a healthy lungs. It builds endurance and stamina level of the body. It is a stress buster and relieves you from mental suffering.
Not only swimming or gyming helps in being fit if you like to do cycling go for it. Set your destination and start in your way. Ir gives you same benefits what gym and swimming gives.
At the end if you are not interested in any above of these things at least do some exercise every day in your home like Pushups, Pull-ups, skipping and squats definitely ir will help you.
Above all these things, two things are very very important in life DRINING WATER and PROPER SLEEP without these don’t ever imaging what we are speaking here.
I like to share my role model in my fitness goal. It’s none other than The M.S Dhoni. Needless to say he is marching towards his late 30’s and let us see how he is still fit.
The speed he runs in between the wicket makes people surprised and makes them to start speaking about his fitness level.
The power of him striking a ball is like hammer hitting a rod. His powerful strike makes us to jaw-dropped. Isn’t it?? That’s why he is one of the fittest person on earth.
