A recent AskReddit thread asked people who lost a lot of weight to share the surprising things they noticed after their weight loss.
I put on weight dependably from age 28 to age 32. During this time, my appearance changed, and I looked progressively prepared. I, for the most part, though I looked increasingly developed because I was gradually getting prepared.
By then, I lost more than 45 lbs, and amazingly, I looked progressively energetic. My skin was all the more firmly and had fewer flaws. My hair got more grounded, and my face was skinnier.
I was planning to look better when I shed pounds, anyway looking increasingly energetic was a noteworthy shock for me.
